Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meets the diagnostic criteria for HIV infection, has undergone antiviral treatment for >=6 months, meets the LLV criteria specified in the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of AIDS (2024 Edition)", i.e., HIV-RNA levels between 50 and 200 copies/ml, is over 18 years old, and possesses good communication and comprehension abilities.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Complicated with severe complications or organ failure; complicated with other psychiatric disorders.
