Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The main family member or primary caregiver of the hospitalized child; 2. Age>=18 years old; 3. The child has two or more visits during hospitalization; 4. Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have serious physical or psychological diseases; 2. Hearing or language expression impairment, unable to communicate normally; 3. The child is in critical condition, and the family is in an acute stress period.
