Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. unilateral ureteral stone with proximal upper urinary tract hydronephrosis on noncontrast CT; 2. kidney function is normal; 3. age 18~80 years old; 4. white blood cells in non-centrifuged urine>10/mm3; 5. with clinical evidence of infection based on the systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS) criteria, defined as two or more of the following: (1) temperature >38 °C or 90 beats/min; (3) respiratory rate >20 breaths/ min; (4)(4) White blood cell count>12 × 10 ^ 9/L or<4 × 1 ^ 09/L.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with bilateral urinary stone; 2. patients with stones located in both the kidney and ureter; 3. Patients who do not agree to undergo treatment with double-J tube placement; 4. Patients with severe abnormalities in heart, lung, and coagulation functions who cannot undergo the operation of placing a double-J tube in the ureter;
