Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: CS Group: 1. Clear diagnosis: Meet the clinical or imaging diagnostic criteria for cervical spondylosis (including cervical, radiculological, spinal or mixed types) (such as X-ray, MRI or CT showing degenerative changes in the cervical spine); 2. Presence of cervical spine related pain in the past 3 months, which can be assessed by numeric rating scale (NRS) (NRS>=3 points); 3. 18-80 years old (including 18 and 80 years old); 4. Able to provide fasting venous blood for blood glucose and 25(OH)D testing, and complete relevant scales/questionnaires; 5. Understand and be willing to participate in this clinical trial and provide signed informed consent. Healthy control group 1. No pain symptoms or cervical spondylosis related symptoms (limb numbness and weakness, etc.); 2. 18-80 years old (including 18 and 80 years old); 3. Able to provide fasting venous blood for blood glucose and 25(OH)D testing, and complete relevant scales/questionnaires; 4. Understand and be willing to participate in this clinical trial and provide signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: CS Group: 1. Combined with serious systemic diseases: severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, severe liver and kidney insufficiency, active malignant tumors or immune system diseases, etc.; 2. Use of vitamin D supplements or calcium supplements in the last 3 months; 3. Long-term use of glucocorticoids or anti-osteoporotic drugs; 4. Combined with other chronic pain diseases; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Recent (within 3 months) cervical spine surgery or interventional treatment; 7. Cognitive impairment or mental illness that prevents them from completing the scale/questionnaire assessments. Healthy control group 1. Combined with serious systemic diseases: severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, severe liver and kidney insufficiency, active malignant tumors or immune system diseases, etc.; 2. Use of vitamin D supplements or calcium supplements in the last 3 months; 3. Long-term use of glucocorticoids or anti-osteoporotic drugs; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5.
