Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=50years, no restriction on gender; 2. Underwent primary total knee arthroplasty (TKA) or total hip arthroplasty (THA) at our institution; 3. Complete preoperative and postoperative data available, including medical history, imaging; 4. At least 6 months of follow-up after surgery; 5. Consent for retrospective data usage was obtained or waived per IRB approval.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with periprosthetic fractures due to high-energy trauma (e.g., motor vehicle accidents); 2. Underwent revision surgery or had periprosthetic infection, tumor, severe deformity, or hardware failure; 3. Presence of severe hepatic/renal insufficiency or hematologic disorders; 4. Incomplete records or follow-up duration <6 months; 5. Refusal or inability to extract relevant clinical data.
