Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria for Pediatric Asthma Patients: 1. Age 8-12 years 2. Diagnosis confirming to the Standardized Diagnostic Criteria for Childhood Bronchial Asthma (2020 Edition) issued by the Chinese Medical Association 3. Minimum 3-month treatment duration with controller medications prior to enrollment 4. Absence of: Severe psychiatric disorders (per DSM-5 criteria) Major psychological stressors within 3 months 5. Written informed assent (child) + consent (caregiver) obtained; Inclusion Criteria for Caregivers: 1. Primary responsibility for daily asthma management of the enrolled child 2. Voluntary participation with: Intact comprehension capacity, fluent Mandarin communication skills 3. Proficient WeChat user.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Caregivers with inability to operate smartphones; 2. Children in boarding schools without research facility access; 3. Voluntary withdrawal requested by child/legal guardian.
