Interventions

Placebo group:The control group received routine asthma treatment plus oral placebo for 12 weeks.
Probiotic group:The probiotic group received routine asthma treatment and oral probiotic treatment for 12 weeks.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children 6-14 years old 2. It meets the diagnostic criteria of asthma and cough variant asthma in the 2016 edition of the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Prevention of Bronchial Asthma in Children.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe diarrhea or severe constipation in the past 1 month, or asthma combined with gastrointestinal disease 2. Had respiratory infection in the past 1 month 3. Patients who have been treated with antibiotics in the past 1 month 4. Patients who have taken glucocorticoids and immunosuppressants in the past 1 month 5. Those who have used microecological preparations such as probiotics in the past 2 weeks. 6. The combination of other basic diseases such as diabetes and other metabolic diseases, liver and kidney insufficiency, heart failure
