Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children aged 7-8 years old, studying in the second grade of primary schools in Yongkang City. In the mixed dentition period (with at least 1 deciduous tooth not yet exfoliated + at least 1 first permanent molar erupted) The primary guardians (father/mother) have full capacity for civil conduct and can cooperate with the questionnaire survey. The family has been permanently residing in Yongkang City for = 1 year.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Children with systemic diseases that affect caries susceptibility (such as diabetes, immunodeficiency) Guardians with cognitive impairment or severe language communication difficulties Having received professional caries treatment or preventive intervention within the past 6 months.
