Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged >= 55 years old and able to walk independently; 2. able to continuously reside in the community for at least two months after the intervention begins; 3. having at least two dementia risk factors (including smoking, excessive alcohol consumption, low physical activity, low social engagement, low cognitive activity, diabetes, hypertension, obesity, or a family history of dementia), or being assessed as having mild cognitive impairment (score 19–26) using the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA); 4. providing informed consent and voluntarily participating in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. having potential physical activity risks (meeting any item of the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire, PAR-Q) 2. diagnosed with dementia, Parkinson’s disease, or severe psychiatric disorders; 3. having any condition that may compromise the safety of the intervention, such as malignancies, stroke, or other serious cardiovascular diseases; 4. having severe visual, hearing, cognitive, or mobility impairments; 5. not owning or unable to use a smartphone; 6. currently participating in other health intervention programs.
