Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients iclusion Criteria:1.Patients aged between 18 and 85 years.2.Patients must have undergone a complete colonoscopy, with the colonoscope reaching the cecum and a full withdrawal examination performed. Endoscopist Inclusion Criteria: Each endoscopist included completed at least 500 colonoscopies per year in the 5 years prior to the study. 11 colonoscopy videos operated by each endoscopist were consecutively included, and the study process was conducted in a single-blind manner, i.e., the video of the operation physician not knowing that he or she was performing was recorded.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients Exclusion Criteria:1.Patients with familial polyposis syndromes.2.Patients with inflammatory bowel disease.3.Patients diagnosed with colorectal cancer. 4.Patients in whom the colonoscope could not be advanced to the cecum due to obstruction. 5.Patients who did not complete the examination due to personal reasons.Patients included in the study must meet all the inclusion criteria and must not meet any of the exclusion criteria.
