Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as meeting the criteria for COPD; 2. Borg dyspnea score of 3 or higher during exercise; 3. Dyspnea Beliefs Questionnaire score of 33 or higher; 4. At least 1 acute exacerbation in the past year; 5. Able to cooperate with the operation, understand the study and voluntarily participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Critically ill patients with life-threatening conditions; 2. Patients with mental disorders; 3. Patients with limited physical activity.
