Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: children aged 10-18 years (with reference to the definition of the World Health Organization); 2. Clinical diagnosis from January 2014 to December 2023 meets the criteria for PNS (1) Massive proteinuria: 24 h urine protein quantification>=50 mg/kg or morning urine protein/creatinine (mg/mg)>=2.0, 3 times within 1 week morning urine protein qualitative (+++)~(++++); (2) Hypoproteinemia: serum albumin less than 25 g/L; (3) Hyperlipidemia: serum cholesterol is higher than 5.7 mmol/L; (4) Varying degrees of edema; 1 and 2 of the above 4 items are necessary for diagnosis); 3. Regular follow-up for at least 1 year; 4. Comply with the requirements of the 2013 Revised Declaration of Helsinki, with informed consent from both the patient and the family.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Nephrotic syndrome secondary to other diseases; 2.Patients requiring dialysis or kidney transplantation; 3.There are genetic defects or genetic metabolic disorders. 4.Including severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, brain, hematopoietic system disorders, or mental disorders; 5.The clinical data is incomplete.
