18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a.? Adults aged >18 years; ?b.? Patients requiring thoracic radiotherapy for thoracic malignancies; ?c.? No contraindications to radiotherapy (e.g., skin connective tissue diseases); ?d.? No history of underlying cardiac disease (heart failure, coronary artery disease, valvular disease, cardiomyopathy, or pericardial disease), with normal baseline cardiac evaluation prior to radiotherapy; ?e.? Completion of regular cardiac follow-up examinations post-radiotherapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?a.? History of underlying cardiac disease (e.g., heart failure, coronary artery disease, valvular disease, cardiomyopathy, or pericardial disease); ?b.? Previous thoracic radiotherapy.
