Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age range: 18 - 85 years; 2.Diagnosed with traumatic brain injury or stroke; 3.Admitted to our hospital for treatment after the onset of the disease; 4.The lowest Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) score on the day of disease onset ranged from 3 to 12 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of prior craniocerebral surgery; 2.History of previous mental disorders; 3.Unstable vital signs; 4.The state of status epilepticus; 5.The Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) score is greater than 12 points before PETMR examination; 6.Uncontrolled intracranial infection; 7.History of prior malignant neoplasms.
