Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for primary dysmenorrhea; (2) Aged 14-49 years old; (3) Regular menstrual cycle; (4) No other dysmenorrhea treatment within 1 month before treatment; (5) Patients with clear consciousness, stable condition and high degree of cooperation; (6) Those who voluntarily participate in research, cooperate with examination and treatment, and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Simultaneously receiving other treatment methods related to the treatment of the disease; (2) Irregular menstrual cycle; (3) Patients with serious life-threatening primary diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, and coagulation mechanism abnormalities; (4) Certain characteristics of the population, such as breastfeeding, critically ill or terminally ill.
