Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 years old< = age< = 60 years old, male; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of chronic prostatitis combined with lower urinary tract symptoms or chronic pelvic pain syndrome in Western medicine, refer to the 2023 edition of the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Prostatitis with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine" and the 2022 edition of the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chinese Urological and Andrological Diseases"; 3. Meet the standards of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and damp-heat stasis syndrome, refer to the 2023 edition of the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Prostatitis with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine"; 4. After guidance, the patient can use the drug correctly; 5. Patients voluntarily sign the informed consent form approved by the ethics committee.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other urinary system diseases, such as infection with special pathogens, urinary system tumors, cystitis, epididymitis, orchitis, symptomatic varicocele and other diseases; 2. Diseases affecting lower urethral function, such as multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, spinal cord injury, caudate equina nerve injury, stroke and multiple system atrophy, etc.; 3. Severe heart, lung, brain, liver, kidney, digestive system and hematopoietic system diseases, or accompanied by mental illness and obvious cognitive dysfunction; 4. Those who are allergic to the ingredients or excipients of Longjin Tonglin capsules, or those who are severely allergic; 5. Those who have taken relevant drugs or used relevant treatments in the past 1 month; 6. Those who have participated in or are participating in other clinical trials within 1 month; 7. The investigator assesses that he is not suitable to participate in this researcher.
