Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-35 years old. 2.Voluntary participation and cooperation with the experimental arrangement. 3.Good oral hygiene conditions. 4.Taking oral panoramic film examination suggests that it meets the criteria of proximo-middle and low obstruction of the Pell-Gregory classification. 5.Oral panoramic film shows that the distal mesial cervical portion of the adjacent second molar retains the encircling bone greater than 1mm and is not completely resorbed. 6.Normal mouth opening.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Imaging examinations suggesting cysts or other odontogenic lesions in the mandibular third molar region. 2.Recent pain or inflammation in local tissues. 3.Combination of immunosuppressive diseases, pregnant or breastfeeding women, combination of systemic diseases including cardiovascular disease, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, hyperthyroidism, hepatic and renal system diseases, or other contraindications to tooth extraction. 4.Excessive mouth opening to interfere with surgical operation. 5.Third molar Inverted and blocked or positioned too far to the lingual side, proximal centre, distal centre, too low, etc., which makes the operation too difficult.
