Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Unilateral fresh hip fracture meets the diagnostic criteria for hip fracture; 2 Age >= 60 years old; 3 First unilateral hip surgery (internal fixation, artificial femoral head replacement, and total hip replacement) treatment; 4 Use a single item questioning method to evaluate whether patients have a fear of falling, and if included in this study (single item questioning method); 5 Having normal cognitive and communication skills; 6 Those who voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Pathological hip fracture; 2 Patients with hemiplegia, Parkinson's disease, cognitive impairment, and psychiatric disorders that affect hip activity; 3 Multiple traumas; 4 Individuals with severe visual and hearing impairments; 5 Has undergone hip replacement surgery or other hip surgeries.
