Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Schizophrenia group: (1) Age 18-40 years old, gender is not limited, right-handed; (2) According to the sixth edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, our hospital was diagnosed as a patient with schizophrenia; (3) Able to cooperate with MRI scanning; (4) Sign the informed consent form and voluntarily participate in the study. 2. Healthy control group: (1) Age 18-40 years old, gender is not limited, right-handed; (2) No history of schizophrenia and neurological diseases; (3) No abnormal findings on head MRI; (4) Able to cooperate with MRI scanning; (5) Signed informed consent and voluntarily participated in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Contraindications for MRI (such as metallic implants in the body, claustrophobia); 2.Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 3.Inability to cooperate during the MRI scan; 4.Recent history of major surgery or trauma within the past six months.
