Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inpatients undergoing elective open surgery for thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm under left heart bypass ; 2. Aged =18 and =70 years old, no gender restrictions; 3. Willing to sign an informed consent form and strictly adhere to the trial protocol to complete the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing emergency surgery; 2. Pregnant and lactating women; 3. Patients participating in other clinical trials; 4. Patients with cognitive, language, or hearing impairments; 5. Patients with a history of mental illness; 6. Patients with aortic aneurysms involving renal arteries or abdominal vessels; 7. Patients with a history of coagulation disorders or hematological diseases prior to surgery; 8. Patients with severe hepatic or renal insufficiency; 9. Patients who refuse blood transfusions; 10. Patients deemed by the investigator to be otherwise unsuitable for participation in this trial.
