Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Hip fractures (fractures of the hip, pelvis and acetabulum) and femoral shaft fractures Surgical patient; 2.Aged between 18 and 75; 3.Has signed informed consent and can cooperate to complete the follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with pathological fractures or those with fractures in other parts of the body, or those with multiple injuries; 2.Those with coagulation disorders, or those who have had active bleeding recently, or those with concurrent hemorrhagic diseases, or those with concurrent hematopoietic system diseases; 3.Pregnant women, lactating women, patients with mental disorders, and those with tumors; 4.Osteofascial compartment syndrome, rheumatoid retinopathy; 5.Severe head trauma, acute intracranial injury or acute spinal cord injury; 6.Creatinine clearance rate < 30 mL·min-1; 7.Those who are allergic to the drugs used in this study.
