Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient's informed consent, willing to cooperate with the investigation; 2.Age >=65 years old; 3.Meet the Chinese Guidelines for the Management of Hypertension in the Elderly 2023 criteria for essential hypertension [2] : Blood pressure >=140mmHg and/or >=90mmHg in systolic and/or diastolic blood pressure measured 3 times on different days without taking antihypertensive drugs; blood pressure < 140/90mmHg in the elderly who have been diagnosed with hypertension and are taking antihypertensive drugs is also included; 4.Take high blood pressure medication for more than 2 weeks; 5.resident population;
