Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for internal hemorrhoids group: 1.18-80 years old 2. Typical clinical manifestations of internal hemorrhoids with blood in the stool and prolapse; Inclusion criteria for the healthy group: 1.18-80 years old; 2. Patients who underwent routine gastroenteroscopy;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. Mixed hemorrhoids and external hemorrhoids; 2. Internal hemorrhoids with complications such as incarceration, thrombosis, ulceration, and infection; 3. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary, liver and kidney failure who cannot tolerate endoscopic surgery; 4. Accompanied by perianal infectious diseases, anal fistulas, active inflammatory bowel disease or colorectal organic diseases; 5. Severe coagulation dysfunction; 6. Allergy to sclerosing agents; 7. Patients with mental illness; 8. Those whose clinical data is incomplete or lost to follow-up.
