Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for "alcohol dependence" in ICD-11; 2. Male, aged between 18-60 years; 3. Junior high school education level or above; 4. No obvious physical withdrawal symptoms (Clinical Alcohol Withdrawal Status Rating Scale score <7); 5. All subjects are right-handed 6. Normal visual acuity or corrected vision, and no color blindness or color weakness, no neurological diseases and face-related diseases. 7. Be able to cooperate with the inspection; 8. Obtain informed consent from patients and guardians; 9. Be able to provide accurate alcohol consumption information
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of serious physical diseases or brain organic diseases; 2. History of substance abuse other than alcohol and nicotine; 3. History of other mental illnesses; 4. Auditory and visual problems that hinder watching videos; 5. Facial paralysis 6. Those who are unable to cooperate or refuse to complete relevant treatment and examination 7. History of facial surgery or cosmetic intervention affecting facial expression 8. Use of any prescription or over-the-counter medications that may affect mood or alcohol cravings within the past 30 days
