Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the above diagnostic criteria for AECOPD and mild to moderate type II respiratory failure; 2. Age >=18 years old; 3. Patients who are conscious and able to communicate 4. Patients have good compliance, informed consent to this study, and sign the protocol;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with bronchial asthma, lung cancer, thoracic deformity, interstitial lung disease and other respiratory diseases; 2. Severe heart, liver and kidney insufficiency; 3. Severe respiratory acidosis PH<7.25, impaired consciousness; 4. Presence of NIV or HFNC or COT contraindications; 5. Patients who are intolerant or difficult to cooperate, or unable to communicate normally;
