Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Meets diagnostic criteria for diabetic foot ulcer; 2) Sex unrestricted,age 18–75 years; 3) Wagner grade 2–3; 4) Has provided written informed consent and is willing to participate with good compliance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) History of drug hypersensitivity or allergic reactions; 2) Pregnant or lactating women; 3) Concomitant severe diseases of the brain, liver, heart, lungs, kidneys, or thyroid; 4) Concurrent psychiatric disorders or cognitive impairment; 5) Presence of genetic, infectious, nutritional deficiency, or malignant diseases; 6) Participation in another clinical trial concurrently or within four weeks prior to randomization; 7) Refusal to provide written informed consent.
