Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with non-infectious uveitis according to international clinical diagnostic standards; 2.Age >= 18 years; 3.Complete clinical data and follow-up records available; 4.Patients who are capable of cooperating in blood sample collection; 5.Signed informed consent and willingness to participate in the study;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with systemic infections or malignant tumors; 2.Patients with endocrine metabolic diseases such as thyroid dysfunction (hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism), osteoporosis, hyperuricemia, etc; 3.Patients with retinal vascular diseases (e.g., venous/arterial occlusion); 4.Patients with a history of ocular trauma or ocular surgery; 5.Poor blood glucose control (fasting blood glucose > 11.1 mmol/L or HbA1c > 9%); 6.Poor blood pressure control (systolic blood pressure > 160 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure > 100 mmHg); 7.Other eye diseases such as glaucoma, corneal lesions, etc., that affect the retina and uvea; 8.Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 9.Patients who are unable to comply with the study plan or have other conditions unsuitable for participation in the study;
