28 Years to 32 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Gestational age (GA) at birth >= 28 weeks and <32 weeks. (2) Admitted to the NICU within 24 hours after birth. (3) Mother is able to provide colostrum. (4) Legal guardian provides informed consent and voluntarily agrees to participate in the study. (5) Subjects whose guardians have signed and confirmed the informed consent form, voluntarily opting to donate breast milk for intestinal infusion therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Presence of congenital anomalies (e.g., congenital heart disease, congenital gastrointestinal malformations). (2) Diagnosis of severe gastrointestinal disorders (e.g., intussusception, necrotizing enterocolitis). (3) Occurrence of severe infections or life-threatening complications (e.g., sepsis, coagulopathy). (4) Maternal contraindications to breastfeeding (e.g., HIV, syphilis, hepatitis B infection).
