Control Group:Medical personnel respond independently: They do not utilize LLMs or other auxiliary technologies, and rely solely on their professional knowledge and experience to provide responses.
Experimental Group One:LLMs screen + medical staff response (strategy/keyword prompts)

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged between 18 and 65 years old; 2.Patients who have undergone hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and require health education; 3.Patients who have the ability to understand and sign the informed consent form; 4.Patients who can cooperate in completing various test indicators and scale assessments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe cognitive impairment or inability to communicate; 2.Patients with resistance to technical equipment or the study protocol.
