Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.>=18 years old; 2. Chronic wounds caused by various causes (lasting more than 30 days without healing), including stage 3-4 pressure injuries (PI), non-healing surgical incisions, traumatic wounds, vascular ulcers, etc.; 3. There are indications for negative pressure wound treatment, such as wound area of more than 8cm^2 and/or depth of more than 2cm, 24-hour exudate volume of more than 10ml, poor drainage, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Malignant wound or with necrotic tissue (yellow or black wound base) but contraindicated to debridement or unable to be debrided; 2. Systemic infection requiring antibiotics or with untreated osteomyelitis; 3. Combined with bleeding tendency, coagulation dysfunction, or wound with exposed nerves, blood vessels or active bleeding; 4. Systemic comorbidities that affect wound healing, such as severe malnutrition, autoimmune diseases, etc.; 5. Use steroid hormones, immunosuppressants, chemotherapy drugs and other drugs that affect wound healing; 6. The wound cannot form a closed environment; 7. Consciousness disorder or inability to actively cooperate with treatment; 8. Patients with missing retrospective case data.
