Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.the inclusion criteria of tension group, severe dental anxiety group, hyperpharyngeal reflex group and Pain Group :Age 18 45 beats/min, sinus rhythm, no frequent premature beats and other arrhythmias; 7.the inclusion criteria of tension group, severe dental anxiety group, hyperpharyngeal reflex group and Pain Group :Oxygen saturation >93% in the presence of air inhalation; 8.the inclusion criteria of tension group, severe dental anxiety group, hyperpharyngeal reflex group and Pain Group :For patients with underlying systemic diseases, after receiving regular treatment, their conditions are in a compensated and stable state. 9.Inclusion criteria for geriatric care group:Age = 60 years =75 years; 10.Inclusion criteria for geriatric care group:Patients with systemic comorbidities, such as diabetes, hypertension, coronary heart disease, etc., who are in stable phase as assessed by specialists and anesthesiologists; 11.Inclusion criteria for geriatric care group: Cardiac function grade 1-3; 12.Inclusion criteria for geriatric care group: BP45 beats/min; 14.Inclusion criteria for geriatric care group: Oxygen saturation >93% with air inhalation; 15.Inclusion criteria for geriatric care group: Fasting blood glucose =8mmol and postprandial blood glucose =11mmol/l in diabetic patients;

Exclusion criteria: 1.The exclusion criteria of tension group, severe dental anxiety group, hyperpharyngeal reflex group, and pain group:People with mental disease, mental retardation, senile dementia and other inability to take care of themselves and control themselves; 2.The exclusion criteria of tension group, severe dental anxiety group, hyperpharyngeal reflex group, and pain group:Patients with airway obstruction and difficult airway; 3.The exclusion criteria of tension group, severe dental anxiety group, hyperpharyngeal reflex group, and pain group: Patients with angina pectoris in the past 2 months or myocardial infarction in the past 3 months; 4.The exclusion criteria of tension group, severe dental anxiety group, hyperpharyngeal reflex group, and pain group: Patients with cerebrovascular disease in the past 2 months; 5.The exclusion criteria of tension group, severe dental anxiety group, hyperpharyngeal reflex group, and pain group: Patients with moderate to severe apnea syndrome; 6.The exclusion criteria of tension group, severe dental anxiety group, hyperpharyngeal reflex group, and pain group:Allergic patients with definite rematazolam toluene sulfonate, remifentanil hydrochloride and propofol; 7.The exclusion criteria of tension group, severe dental anxiety group, hyperpharyngeal reflex group, and pain group:Pregnant or lactating women; 8.Exclusion criteria for geriatric monitoring group:Ecg indicates more than 5 premature ventricular contractions per minute or other ECG findings requiring immediate correction; 9.Exclusion criteria for geriatric monitoring group: The patient presented with sudden angina pectoris or myocardial ischemia; 10.Exclusion criteria for geriatric monitoring group:People with mental diseases, mental retardation, senile dementia and other inability to take care of themselves and control themselves; 11.Exclusion criteria for geriatric monitoring group:Patients with airway obstruction or difficult airway; 12.Exclusion criteria for geriatric monitoring group: Patients with angina pectoris in the past 2 months or myocardial infarction in the past 3 months; 13.Exclusion criteria for geriatric monitoring group:Patients with cerebrovascular disease in the past 2 months; 14.Exclusion criteria for geriatric monitoring group: Patients with moderate to severe apnea syndrome; 15.Exclusion criteria for geriatric monitoring group:Allergic patients with definite rematazolam toluene sulfonate, remifentanil hydrochloride and propofol;
