30 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. No neoadjuvant radiotherapy, chemotherapy or immunotherapy was performed before the operation. 2. There were no serious underlying diseases and the patient could tolerate the operation. 3. Preoperative CT or PET-CT indicated no distant metastasis or peripheral tissue invasion of the tumor, and no cervical or supraclavicular lymph node metastasis. 4. Coagulation function was normal.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Poor blood pressure control in patients with hypertension, systolic blood pressure >=160mmHg; 2. patients with two or more pulmonary resection lobes; 3. Conversion to open surgery due to dense thoracic adhesion or other reasons; 4. After operation, the patient returned to the intensive care unit with tracheal intubation and ventilator 5. intraoperative blood loss was large, more than 1000ml
