Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age and gender are not limited; 2. No oral and maxillofacial trauma, congenital developmental malformations, or psychological diseases; 3. Healthy gums, no redness, swelling and bleeding, no bleeding on probing, no alveolar bone resorption, and no periapical lesions; 4. No underlying diseases (cardiovascular disease, brain injury disease); 5. Patients or family members give informed consent to the study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Systemic diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, and osteoporosis; 2. Infectious diseases such as hepatitis B, HIV and syphilis positive; 3. Women who are trying to conceive or are pregnant or lactating; 4. Other situations that the investigator deems unsuitable for participating in the trial
