Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 75 years and <= 100 years; 2.Patients with multiple comorbidities have at least two chronic diseases among diabetes, hypertension, coronary heart disease, chronic renal insufficiency, and COPD.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.There was a case of organ or bone marrow transplantation. 2.Systemic autoimmune disease; 3.There are malignant blood tumors. 4.Having underlying diseases or being in an end-stage condition with an estimated survival time of less than 28 days; 5.Have participated in clinical studies of drugs or devices related to immune system regulation within the past 30 days (such as Xuebi Jing, Ushidutin, CRRT); 6.Have a history of allergy or intolerance to thymalfasin;
