Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with fresh or old wounds accompanied by skin and soft tissue defects, or patients with osteofascial compartment syndrome undergoing incision and relaxation;2.The wound can not be repaired in the first stage;3.Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Infected wounds that are difficult to control;2.Combined with nerve and tendon injury;3.Diabetic patients with poor blood sugar control;4.Combined with dementia, mental disorder and other conditions that can not be treated normally.
