Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the WHO diagnostic criteria for stroke (confirmed by CT/MRI); 2. Upper or lower extremity muscle spasticity (modified Ashworth>=grade 1); 3. Age 18-80 years old, conscious and able to cooperate with the assessment; 4. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other neurological diseases (such as Parkinson's disease, spinal cord injury); 2. Severe cognitive impairment (MMSE < 18 points) or aphasia; 3. Local skin breakage, infection, or implantation of metal devices in the body (interfering with impedance signals); 4. Received botulinum toxin injection or surgical intervention in the past 3 months.
