Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Clear history of trauma, unilateral closed injury; 2.Image-confirmed femoral neck fracture; 3.Walking with or without crutches before injury; 4.Age 18-65; 5.Suitable for the application of closed reduction hollow nail internal fixation for fracture of the neck of the femur; 6.Voluntary informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pathological fracture, old fracture on imaging; 2.American Society of Anaesthesiologists Physiological Score (ASAS) grades III and IV; 3.People with mental illness and poor compliance; 4.With severe coronary heart disease, cerebral infarction or tumour; 5.undergo joint replacement; 6.Hip tuberculosis, tumours and other lesions;
