Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Single-segment lumbar degenerative diseases, including lumbar disc herniation combined with spinal stenosis, lumbar disc herniation combined with lumbar instability, and lumbar disc herniation combined with lumbar spondylolisthesis (Grade I); 2. Patients who have not responded to standard conservative treatment for three months or more.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Lumbar spondylolisthesis Grade II or above; 2. Imaging examinations showing multisegmental lumbar degenerative diseases; 3. Spinal deformities, old lumbar fractures, ankylosing spondylitis, etc; 4. Patients with coagulation dysfunction or mental disorders.
