Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for heart failure (according to the Diagnostic Criteria for Heart Failure in China 2024); (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for pneumonia (in accordance with the diagnostic criteria for community-acquired pneumonia or hospital-acquired pneumonia in WS 382-2012_Pneumonia Diagnostic Industry Standard). (3) Age is at least 18 years old and at most 80 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Malignant tumors of metastatic origin, end-stage liver disease (such as decompensated cirrhosis, liver failure), end-stage renal disease (such as end-stage chronic kidney failure), and other serious chronic diseases leading to multi-organ failure with an estimated survival period <6 months. (2) Patients with mental illness cannot cooperate with treatment and follow-up. (3) More than 20% of patients had missing clinical data.
