Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: 18-65 years old, gender not limited; 2.It meets the criteria for depressive disorder in the Fifth Edition of the Comptroller's Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of the United States (DSM-5), without psychotic symptoms; 3.The HAMD was >=14 points at the time of enrollment; 4.MECT treatment was not performed 14 days before enrollment; 5.Be able to understand the content of scales and speech paradigms; 6.Be proficient in using Mandarin; 7.The patient himself/herself signed the written informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Mental disorders that meet the diagnostic criteria of DSM-5 mental retardation, schizophrenia spectrum disorder, bipolar disorder, etc., as well as mental disorders concomitant with other diseases; 2.There is visual impairment. Currently, there are diseases in the oral cavity, throat and other serious physical diseases; 3.There is a history of alcohol or psychoactive substance abuse or dependence within one year;
