Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Preterm infants with gestational age <37 weeks admitted to our hospital and sub centers from August 2025 were included. Those whose parents or legal guardians consented to the study to provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Infants with severe congenital malformations and inherited metabolic diseases; the guardians did not agree to participate in the study.
