Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: After imaging and endocrinological examinations, it met the diagnostic criteria of the "Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Refractory Pituitary Adenoma in China (2019)", and was diagnosed as a pituitary adenoma. Those aged 18 to 65; Patients who meet the surgical conditions and undergo surgery; The clinical case data are complete. With informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.
