Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients were 18 to 45 years of age, 6 to 13+6 weeks of gestation, and had at least one of the risk factors for hyperglycemia in pregnancy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals diagnosed with diabetes or prediabetes prior to pregnancy, those currently taking medications affecting blood glucose levels such as metformin, those at risk of miscarriage, individuals with chronic conditions (including uncontrolled hypertension, severe heart disease, severe chronic liver disease, severe chronic kidney disease, and chronic infections like HIV and hepatitis), those with movement disorders or contraindicated sports-related conditions, patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgeries that alter glucose absorption, and those unable to maintain regular prenatal care due to issues such as non-compliance with medical instructions or mental health concerns.
