Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.PDR group: patients diagnosed with proliferative DR who require vitrectomy for treatment;(Collect serum, aqueous humor, and vitreous) 2.NPDR group: patients with senile cataract combined with non proliferative DR undergoing cataract surgery;(Collect serum and aqueous humor) 3.Simple diabetes group: diabetes patients without DR who were diagnosed with idiopathic macular hole or idiopathic macular membrane and underwent vitrectomy;(Collect serum, aqueous humor, and vitreous) Diabetes patients without DR diagnosed with senile cataract and underwent cataract surgery;(Collect serum and aqueous humor) 4.Control group: patients without diabetes and other metabolic diseases who were diagnosed with senile cataract and underwent cataract surgery;(Collect serum and aqueous humor).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclude individuals with concurrent malignant tumors, autoimmune diseases, or acute infections. (2) Exclude other ophthalmic diseases, such as a history of eye trauma. (3) Patients during pregnancy or lactation. (4) Exclude patients under the age of 18. (5) Exclude patients with hematological disorders. (6) Individuals who have received blood transfusions or immune modulation therapy within the past 3 months (7) Perform routine blood tests, electrocardiograms, and other related cardiac function examinations on all patients, and exclude patients who are unable to receive surgical treatment due to other systemic diseases or whose surgical treatment is limited.
