Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult males and females over 18 years of age; Patients who need double lumen endotracheal intubation or single lumen endotracheal intubation occluder; Able to understand the content of the study and have signed the informed consent form. Expected to be able to comply with all procedures and requirements during the study process.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe heart disease, kidney disease, liver disease, or other major chronic diseases; Patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), active asthma or other severe respiratory diseases; Patients with severe immune system disease or receiving immunosuppressive therapy; Patients who have recently used antibiotics (e.g., within the past month); Pregnant or lactating women; Patients who do not agree to sign the protocol informed consent form.
