Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who received >= 2 cycles of standardized neoadjuvant treatment regimens (including FOLFOX and FOLFIRI) and those who underwent direct surgical resection without neoadjuvant treatment. 2. Age >= 18 years old; 3. According to the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Comprehensive Treatment of Colorectal Cancer Liver Metastasis (V2023)", synchronous liver metastasis is confirmed based on cytology, pathology, imaging, etc. 4. There were no local complications before the operation (no obstruction, no massive active bleeding, no perforation); 5. Achieve the standard for surgical resection (R0 resection); 6. ECOG score of 0-1 or KPS score of >=70, with normal liver and kidney functions (Child-Pugh grade A);

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Failed to complete the prescribed neoadjuvant treatment cycle or had to permanently discontinue the treatment due to toxic reactions; 2. Including a history of other malignant tumors or active infections, the presence of extra-hepatic metastasis, severe cardiovascular diseases, coagulation disorders or immune system diseases; 3. The liver metastases could not be completely resected (R1/R2 resection) or no qualified tissue samples were obtained during the operation, or the quality of the tissue samples did not meet the requirements of the study. 4. Pregnant or lactating women, those with mental disorders or those who cannot cooperate with follow-up visits;
