Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 50, regardless of gender. 2. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for metabolic - associated fatty liver disease. 3. Having no history of diabetes. 4. Having no regular exercise habits (exercising less than 3 times a week and less than 30 minutes each time in the past three months).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Blood sugar and blood pressure cannot be maintained within the normal range through routine treatment. 2. Unable to participate in exercise tests and exercise training for any reason (severe heart, lung, and kidney diseases, muscle and joint injuries, etc.). 2. Women who are planning a pregnancy or are pregnant. 4. Currently receiving any hormonal treatment.
