Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Sign the informed consent form; 2. Age 45-85 years old; 3. diabetic retinal disease diagnosed by history, physical examination and fundus imaging prior to screening. 4. no intraocular injections of anti-neovascular drugs and treatments such as photodynamic and fundus laser photocoagulation within three months; 5. no systemic or topical corticosteroid use within three months. 6. Control group (cataract patients): Patients with simple cataract without systemic and ocular diseases, aged 45-85 years old;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. any major illness or history of surgery such as glaucoma surgery or retinal detachment surgery within one month prior to screening; 2. active ocular infection (e.g., blepharitis, infectious conjunctivitis, keratitis, scleritis, endophthalmitis, etc.) in the affected eye or the contralateral eye; 3. previous or current uncontrolled glaucoma (defined as intraocular pressure >25 mmHg despite anti-glaucoma treatment); 4. History of intraocular surgery such as glaucoma surgery or retinal detachment surgery in the past; 5. allergic reaction to fluorescein sodium or history of drug allergy, history of allergy to therapeutic or diagnostic protein products, or current severe allergic disease; 6. other systemic diseases such as infectious diseases, hematological diseases, immunological diseases, psychiatric diseases, and other cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases;
