Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Pathologically confirmed diagnosis of rectal cancer; 3. Patients who have undergone sphincter-preserving surgery; 4. Expected survival time >= 1 year; 5. Own a smartphone, possess basic proficiency in using WeChat, and have stable internet access at home; 6. Educational level of primary school or higher; 7. Awareness of their condition and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with other concurrent cancers or life-threatening diseases; 2. Patients with other chronic intestinal disorders; 3. Patients with unreversed stoma within 1 year post-surgery or permanent stoma; 4. Presence of visual/hearing impairments or history of mental/cognitive disorders; 5. Participation in other psychological interventions within the past 4 weeks; 6. Experienced major psychological trauma (e.g., bereavement, divorce) within the past month; 7. Regular use of exogenous corticosteroids or endocrine disorders that affect cortisol secretion (such as Cushing's syndrome, primary adrenal insufficiency, etc.) within the past month.
