Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 65 or above; 2. Patients who are scheduled to undergo minimally invasive lumbar spine treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal coagulation function or taking anticoagulant drugs; 2. Infection at the puncture site; 3. There are neurological diseases or elevated intracranial pressure; 4. There is a history of chronic low back and leg pain, lumbar trauma and surgery; 5. Severe hypovolemic state; 6. Patients who are unable to cooperate with the puncture; 7. Patients who refused to participate in the study.
